There may be a fancy way of doing it, but if it were me....

I'd just run the fuel pump and let gas and air bubbles in the system fork their way forward. If that didn't work, I remove the fuel line from the engine, place a catch basin under the open line, and run the pump again.

Now, one of the guys here who is familiar with fuel injection systems will probably have a slicker answer.
