93 cherokee. Had problems with it sputtering when it's cold and hot, at low and high speeds and when cornering and on straight-aways. It died on me a couple times while I was driving , but managed to restart. This last time however it wouldn't. When turning ignition on, I don't here the fuel pump prime. I took hose off at filter and no gas is pumped. Engine turns over fine, there is just no fuel getting to the engine. Ideas? As well, how do you pull a pump out. Is it necessary to drop the tank?
