Greasing the springs sounds like a good idea, I'll do that.

I don't think I'll mess with shocks. My next iteration is to put on my new 33" wheels/tires and my 5.29 gears. Then I might put on my front mid travel kit next with Chevy rear springs. We'll see. I might take this 4Runner to the Baja 1000 this year to help chase since I don't think I'll have the other one finished in time.

I *really* love this automatic transmission on the trails around here. My dad was right! Back in his day (50s) he was a N ID logger and use to do hill climbs and what not. Growing up he always would tell me to buy an automatic because they were so much better than a manual for steep climbs. That and *never* buy a Ford
