Phil, yours sure is nice for a SWB. smile From what I researched, the Exceed models were only available with the the slushbox. Just an FYI.
As much as a 5spd would have been a fun choice, I had to go auto myself due to the highway RPM issues, and the fact that I end up in 5km/h traffic crawls on occasion....
Will the proper idle speed give the truck a little forward movement in D? I turned the idle up on my New Yorker ever so slightly so that slow-crawl-but-mostly-moving traffic is just a matter of brake...off, brake...off, keeping the gas pedal and engine RPMS out of it.
