I said sure and sat down. Another customs officer saw what was going on and he asked me what I was doing. I told him importing a vehicle from Japan, it's my first time, I apologized for not making an appointment and told him anything I can do to make their job easier, I will do it. After I said that, he did it all in 15 mins.

Goes to show that if you extend an apology and courtesy to others serving you, that you get generally good experiences, which I did in this case.

What is the lug nut size ? Do I need a deep socket to get at it ?
