Try a search for it - some have used a 3/4 ton Ford or GM (don't remember which) 6 tooth hub socket... you have to grind off 4 of the teeth. The specific application tool is about $70 and not worth the price if you can find the alternative. If you can't find the alternative, I'll mail you mine to use for postage.... but for the price of postage, you can probably buy the alternative tonight from PepBoys or AutoZone, grind 4 teeth off and fix the truck tomorrow.
