Need a Spot

gauge lights just a little dimmer, ac fan not as strong and lights not as bright from startup

all becomes a bit stronger when I rev the engine and
when I'm on the road and running its hard to tell- all seems normal

just wondering if its time to change an ic in the alternator or have it rewound
