I have used POR-15 and it is good for frames, etc. I have also used Hammerite, in particular the quart cans, with a small foam roller and foam brushes. I would have to say I much prefer Hammerite. It is infinitely less picky about preparation, holds up to UV, adheres to old undercoats with little prep, and rolls on looking nicer than sprayed POR.
