If your fan is not working all together, and you're sure that it still works, then most likely you blew the fuse for it. That fuse is located underneath the steering column and is taped up in the wiring harness. Just have to kinda dig for it. Personally, I think it's stupid for it to be there. Why not put it in the fuse box where it belongs?

Not sure which oil pressure switch you're talking about. To my knowledge, there isn't one for the a/c oil. There is however one for the pressure itself inside the lines. That one is located on the dryer itself.
