That looks like an afternoon's work to get back on the road. I hope you can work it out with the insurance company. My diesel mechanic buddy and I pulled the 2.6 motor out of my 87 Montero yesterday. The Mitsu diesel engine comes out of the Ranger next, gets a new rear main seal, clutch and vacuum pump and goes in the Montero.
