I believe the difference is the more expensive one is an exact OE replacement -- including the plug, etc.

The cheaper one is a universal, which usually means you'll have to splice the plug off your old one onto the new one.

For my $ I sprung for the more expensive, but exact replacement -- made the swap-out really quick and easy, and no worries about the quality of wire splices as the miles go by... Good Luck! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/patriot.gif" alt="" />
