I've got 360k on a 3.0. A new short block w/ the HG recall at 120k from the dealer. Top end done 18month ago, but now have a HG leak (oil only...outside only). The shop reused the head bolts. It runs strong so I'm leaving it alone for now, but I hate seeing the oil leak under the truck.

'86 4runner 22re/w56 - 269k, the head was rebuilt when I bought it at 141k. Bottom end and tranny are original.
'97 T100 3.4L/R150F - 229k, (original owner) a bearing in the tranny went out at ~140k, so I had it rebuilt and replaced the clutch while it was out. The GM battery and radiator are the only other things I've ever had to replace on it besides normal maintenance items.
'97 4Runner 3.4l/R150F - 224k, everything is original! Previous owner replaced the clutch, battery, and one rear wheel bearing.

1994 4Runner hg recall done but it is about to turn over 200K. Practically no mods exhaust rusted out was replaced today.
1982 SR5 4x4 p/u Original owner has about 190K. Motor all original (have a new engbldr timing chain kit in the garage), a few alternator issues but none since oem Toyota, original suspension, exhaust was replaced this year, original transmission will be replaced in the next month with a Marlin L52 HD (I have been driving it with the original 5 speed I just lost 5th gear 3 years ago and have been going along with a 3 and a half speed (it jumps out of 2nd sometimes)), clutch will be done the same time as the new transmission (I think this will be the 3rd one). Everything still works great truck still.

i just passed 270k but i've been running 35's with stock gears for at least 50k so i'm not real sure what actual miles are but i do know the engine hasn't been touched other than routine stuff. everything else (other than the engine)is starting to leak like crazy though. i'll blame the drive angle and the tires for that i think.

86 4runner 285k original motor. Swapped out the tranny around 250k because it was making noise. I drive it hard, it runs great. Smog is becoming a pain, however.
