I have to confess, you have me so paranoid about over-tightening those bolts, that I sort of cheated when I put the new head on last summer. I just pulled the old, semi-worn pad and arm out of the old tensioner body without unbolting it, and slid the new pad and arm in the old body (along with the factory spring, since it looked a little more robust). About 7000 trouble-free miles so far, so I guess I couldn't have screwed up too badly <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" />
