That was the main thing I was pissed about, although it's funny how once the VP gets involved they can magically do something about a problem without any argument <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />. The other major thing was the way their technicians treated myself and the 2 shop managers that dealt with them on my behalf. I can see how they could assume I'm an idiot, but they talked down to seasoned mechanics the same way they did to me.

I went into it with a 'crap happens' attitude and was willing to work with them until they treated me like something they stepped in... Thank goodness for VP listings on Yahoo Finance <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
