OK - Apple Auto Glass says the number they had for the '92 Montero was correct. They double checked with Edmonton. The NAGS# they come up with for the '92 Montero is FW711. That is the windshield they brought in. I checked with another company - they said the Montero windshield will not fit - that they went through all this 3 months ago and it was a "nightmare". The guy eventually ordered one from Japan and they installed it for him - total cost: $4000.00
The FW711 that Apple brought in is actually MORE curved than the glass we have in the Pajero.
William (JDM) is getting me a price from Japan. I should hear from him tomorrow. I told him we might be getting several. Anyone got a better solution???
