Need a Spot

I'm have an issue with my computer box in my 99 wangler. I tried to smog it to renew my paperwork, but the smog station said that my computer box reset it self or something like that. They told me to drive it around and it will set it self back. Well took a little trip with it, doing the whole drive for 3 minutes then let it slow down to 25 and all, but it is still not working. Anyone have any ideas?
