I have had my 2000 3.5L Isuzu since Sept 06 and have had a hard time dealing with my misfire engine code that is apparant 50% of the time during transport. I have a scan gauge and turn the code off daily at start up.

My issues are hard start up that requires depression of the gas pedal during turning the key and after to keep the rpms up or it will die.

Low MPG 13.4 to be exact.

What I have done thus far.
Replaced fuel filter
New MAF sensor
New NKG Iridum plugs
Seafoaming
EGR cleaning
...

I do have a fuel pressure regulator that just came in the mail.

Will this take care of my symtoms and code?
Or what else is needed. Plus there is not a mechanic in the area that wants to work on the VX and the nearest dealer is FAR away.

Please advise.
