Coolant... where does it seem to be coming from? (a few possibilities) It is possible the o-ring around the water pipe is dying (back of water pump).

Oil... where on the pan? Could be crank seal up front, but until you take off the timing cover you won't know if it was the crank or the cam. See how high the splatter is under the timing cover. Could also be as simple as an old pan seal that is just a leaker. Wash it off and keep an eye on it. Report back with findings...
