Need a Spot

put a new hg on.and now i think i have a bad head bolt.so what threads are stronger the block or the bolt?torqed good when it was cold but i checked when it was warm and it just turned.and also is my hg still good do you guys think or should i push it off a cliff.or maybe it would make a good fire for a party?
