Need a Spot
ok so what would be a better setup:
the pro comp 5" coil spring conversion or 4.5" rubicon express heavy duty with revolver shackles

keep in mind im not going to do much rock crawling. ill do some mud running and hopefully get into more trail rides that are a little more challenging but no hardcore rock crawling

Whatever you do, hoki, don't install revolver shakles! Read what Superdawg wrote just above about revolvers.

Ditto what SD said. For all the work/frame butchery that would go into a coil conversion on a YJ, you'd be WAY ahead to trade up to a TJ.
One more point- A panhard bar (or track bar) does nothing to eliminate axle wrap. It locates the axle side-to-side under the Jeep. A lot of guys new to Jeeping are reading this- let's be sure our answers are accurate.

I wrote nothing that said for fact that a panhard bar helped prevent axle wrap. I simply stated that I thought it did. But the control arms do...am I correct? I own a CJ, not a TJ.

Gun it and run it!
