2 questions:

a) roughly, what do parts & labor run on timing belt/water pump replacement on 97 4runner 4x4

b) does anyone recommend a shop either in the bay area, california, or albuquerque, nm area?

thanks in advance,
jnr

Call around to the shops for a WAG on the times, AND warranty, if any.

That's a 3.4 we're presuming? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

I don't remember *exactly* what it called for at My old shop, but, when I did a water pump/Timing belt, I'd charge around 350-400 for parts and labor..

our labor rate was(is) $70 @ Hour.
