adding another main leaf will also give you lift and can be done rather cheaply, usually under $30. I like to use the first leaf down from the main leaf from 56" Chevy spring pack, and insert it between the Toyota main and the second leaf. To do this you may also need 2 new center spring bolts if your oem ones aren't long enough to accomodate the additional spring.
