My '85 FSM shows 2 +/- 1 degree:

30' and 45' mean 30 and 45 minutes;
- 60 minutes in a degree
- 30' = 0.50 degrees
- 45' = 0.75 degrees

If the truck drive's OK, the caster is fine, I think folks run up to 6 degrees with taller tires. Generally you want the caster angle more for taller tires for a little better stability. Too little and you can get death wobble, too much and other things can happen.
