I don't think this was done by professional longshoreman. From the before picture I can only see two straps. I don't know if that is standard practice but seems risky to me.

Looks like that belly strap slipped to the back, dropping the boat, and 'reconfiguring' the props in the process. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/zombie.gif" alt="" />
