Chips for toyota's dont work like that.
What you need is a tuner, in import cars, you cant just replace the chip, you need to work with the stock computer.
www.URDUSA.com makes products for the 4.7l v8. For a N/A motor i believe you need a MAF calibrator so you can tune in your A/F ratio's. You'll also need a wideband o2 sensor to monitor the A/F ratios.
With a good tune on a stock motor you can usually gain 10-20hp, but if you already have headers, exhaust, intake, etc, a good tune will net you close to 30hp. Best place to look would probably be tundrasolutions.com because their trucks have the same motor yours does. I personally have only looked at a site a few times and i hear the people there arent near as freindly as the ones here. Good luck.
