Previous Thread Next Thread Print Thread Rate Thread what gears should i run? #817613 06/08/07 11:09 PM Joined: May 2007 Posts: 22 Northern Virginia hoki06 OP Need a Spot im looking at new gears to get some of my power back but im not sure which ratio. ive got 32" tires and will have 33" tires whenever these run out which will be a while. should i get the 4.10 or 4.56? and how do i tell what axel i have both front and rear to see if i need a new housing? thanks Re: what gears should i run? I am a fan of too much gear rather than to little. I'd be going after the 4:56's if it were me. If you are going to re-gear and need to change the carrier, I would recommend that you upgrade to a full-floater axle kit to eliminate the D-35 C-clip.
