Yes, my Corbeau seats are suspension, although they are not tilt. They are black vinyl, but they can be obtained in other colors and in fabric. The model is "Baja SS". I had to get new brackets, each of which included a new slider.

I recently got these when I replaced the metal tub with a fiberglass tub on my CJ7. Previously, I had the shell type seats you describe. Even those weren't bad, but when installed in the fiberglass tub, they were too high.

By way of reference, I am 6 feet tall and weigh 270 lbs, and the Corbeau seats are very comfortable for me, both on road and off road. They have slots in them for 5-point harnesses, which I use.
