Getting the Wheeling Fever
No spilled milk, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were spilled beer. Definitely trail mix: rotting raisins, sunflower seeds, and peanuts. And I'm sure PO stored the car with at least one window down; there were so many leaves and pieces of branches.
HOWEVER, since I've cleaned it (I might still shampoo the carpet), it has already begun to smell better.
I can not wait to get it on the road.

Congrats to you both! I'm glad that Russell finally managed to track down that 4 door for your family. He's often posted his many trials and tribulations in search of the one. Anyway, I thought Russell was talking about adding 4 door lawn ornaments to the accompany the other 2 door ones! J/k. Looks great. I hope you keep us updated with your buildup.

Well, if Brendan comes to get the red Monty!!! I'd have one less, BTW he really needs a rust-option free Monty to build.

Yes, I do! I see them all over now these days! all rusty or just plain beat though. It must be a sign!

I pulled into the Super 8 motel in Stamford, CT for the night on monday evening.. and there is a white Gen 1 4 door tucked away in the back parking lot corner that looks like it's been sitting there for years! last registed in 2002.. If it wasn't all rusty and all the fluids leaked out of it I'd ask the owner of the motel about it.
