After cutting the fenders I welded on some 1/4" wire to stiffen the fender and to remove the knife edge. I also welded back on the stock inner liner tabs so I can run some liners once I get around to it. My plan is to use some heavy paper and have my buddy shoot the paper with Line-x.

I really don't want to SAS it, it did quite well on its first wheeling trip, better than I had expected. I wasn't the slowest rig/nor had the most trouble(until I lost the ARB) as I had figured I would be since I was running the smallest tires. I plan to install the 64" Chevy springs this month before we hit the trail in July, and plan to have the dual cases in by August. The broken tie rod and a torn CV was the least amount of damage in our group, one of my buddies sheered the flange cap off of his rear ARB, and two others blew their high pressure power steering lines and had to be towed back to the highway, atleast I was able to weld my stuff back together and drive home.
