I am assuming that you put the new head gasket on when you put the new head on, right?

My next guess is that head gasket is leaking water into the combustion chamber. Bad gasket, bad install, not sure.

Check the head bolts for torque.

My point above is that most people say to ONLY use Isuzu head gaskets.

OK, could it be blowby as well though? I am sick of tearing this thing down....anywhere online I can get isuzu OEM Headgaskets?

St Charles Isuzu with a phone call.

I still think there is a way to test for coolant in the exhaust before you tear it down again.
