30's 30's 30s !!!!!!!!!, I have the same suspension and body lift and the 30x9.5s fit nicley on the factory aluminum rims. Havn't rubbed yet.
Don't "under tire" yourself, some here are running the 31x10.5's with that setup. I was with crager wheels.
