I'm actually debating whether to go after the JDM alum rims (15's) or get a set of rough and tuff black steelies.

Steelies are looking good on these Pajero.

Just did a quick road trip from Vancouver to Boston Bar and back.

80L / 650 km. Baaaaaaaa'aaaaaaad mileage .

Front right caliper/rotor dragging will do it.

I need to get on that right away.

Pics coming up today.

That is what I was getting just after I bought it and then after a bit it got better. Now it is about 750 on 80L. It got better after I put that redline stuff in.

Hmm. how much are you using? I use about 1/4-1/3 per tank, and I'm getting 650-700 per 80L fill.

<img src="/forums/images/graemlins/barf.gif" alt="" />You guys aren't happy with 19-22 miles per gallon? (if I'm converting this right) I'd be ecstatic with those figures <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Us petrol boys only see 15-18 MPG <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/baby.gif" alt="" />

Redline Diesel Fuel calalyst. its diesel conditioner that works amazing, I use about 1/3 of a bottle on every fill up and it makes a world of difference. engine runs quieter and get better mileage.....the better economy pays for the bottle after one tank and a bottle lasts me 3 tanks.

Did a search right before you typed it out. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

I'll see if I can get my mechanic to get a discount on the bottles.

Does it really make a noticeable difference ?

Another note :

My Paj barely smokes. Even if you punch it, it just lets out a little 'puff'.

Should I play around with the mixture to get better gas mileage ? If so, which way to turn it and how much ?

I'll start filling up with biodiesel on my next tank as well.

No. At least not in my truck. I used it at a cleaning dose concentration when I first got the Pajero, and have run 2 more bottles through since, 1/3 bottle per tank on TM's recommendation. I can't tell a difference between the tanks with the additive and the tanks without. Smoke, power, smoothness, mileage all seem the same. It did give me a little piece of mind when I was in the USA running their ULSD (ultra low sulphur diesel.) At $8.99 a bottle, I'm not sure it saves 10L of fuel. It definitely doesn't hurt to try though.

My truck also only smokes at startup, then the odd puff on acceleration.
