Replace the window regulator with a new assembly from Mitsu- You'll get a new motor and regulator bolted together. I paid only $113[USA$] appox for my L/F a few years ago. As window assemblies go, this is almost dirt cheap with regards to getting a WHOLE assembly[motor included] Very easy to replace our Gen 2 front units... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
