My truck has 2 issues with regards to the idle. The first issue - when I start up my truck ('95 truck w/22RE) the idle goes up to almost 2,000 RPMs. In the winter I wouldn't be so surprised to this, but it's the outside temp is at least 65?F. It'll eventually come down to around 900 RPMs. The second issue - once the engine is warmed up, there will be times when I shift into neutral as I'm coming to a stop, and the engine will be idling at 1,500 RPMs. I can get it to go back down to 900 RPMs if I rev the engine to 3,000+ RPMs and then let off of the throttle.

What could be wrong with it?
