a supercharger off a toyota 1ggze (2litre straight 6 out of an old soarer) is just the right size it would sit qutie nice in the left hand side of the engine bay......really the only reason im goin towards turbo is ease of fitment dont have to worry about belts and all that.....if you get the right turbo (work out what A/R ratio housings you will need ) then you can get boost really low in the revs range....eg the turbo that i have bought has a turbine A/R ratio of 0.52.....which is quite small and will spool up real quick......and the compressor A/R ratio .84 so it will still be able to supply boost at high revs .....you also need to look at the size of pipe you use for the exhaust manifold.....eg the smaller the pipe the quick the gas speed is in the pipe.....im goin to use 1inch to 1.25 inch pipe as the gas speed needs to be quick to spool up early....see if that helps guys..... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
