Yes, Bosch is usally pretty good, and in a German vehicle, that is what I use. I put all Bosch parts in my VW, they work the best and last the longest (and is what VW puts on the cars new).

Seems that in the Toyota, though, it is Denso or NGK that work the best (since those are the brands Toyota uses).
