Getting the Wheeling Fever

I really hope this isn't the problem, but is there any easy way to tell if the rear main seal is going bad. I seem to be dripping oil around the clutch housing and the rear of the engine. It sure would be nice if it's only the oil pan gasket but I doubt it.

By the way, it's a 89 YJ, 4.2.
