The engine isn't leaking a single drop of oil. The different plugs you were talking about if they were loose they should be leaking, right? I'm pretty sure that the machine shop didn't loosen anything.
About the bearing clearence, I've got no idea. I just installed the std bearings that came with your kit.
I think I'm gonna get a mechanical gauge to verify how much pressure I actually got. How much pressure would be sufficient?

If so, this will exactly explain your oil pressure situation...The book says 4.6# at 750 idle as a minimum, we typically see around 15-20# as normal if all is nice and snug....*EB
