eb is right on the money (as if my confirmation means anything...). The first important thing is to break in the cam, which takes about 15-20 mins (as described in eb's earlier post about the first 15 mins startup.....if the engine was rebuilt by a shop, they should have completed this step).

The only thing I would add is to change oil and filter after the first 100 miles or so....no matter what, when your engine is "breaking in", you'll have little tiny particles and metal shavings floating around in there which I'm sure you don't want.
