Getting the Wheeling Fever

Has anyone used the A/C off the shelf charging kit for his Tacoma? My Tacoma A/C is not cold at all, two years ago I took it in the dealer to check up. They told there were no leak, they recharged and it was not cold that much. Any suggestion would be appreciated. My truck is 2002 Tacoma Prerunner, I assume my warranty is over.
