I happen to know of a very little-known, yet very effective method of sharply reducing your turning radius:
First, make sure the truck is warmed up. The temp gauge should show the needle in the middle.
Second, pre-stage your truck by slowly approaching the area immediately surrounding your planned turn-around.
Finally, depress the brake with enough force to keep the vehicle firmly stopped.
Then, with the brake pressed, floor the son of a ***** while simultaneously cranking the wheel in the desired direction.
Release the brake once you detect a large cloud of blue, acrid-smelling smoke in your rearview mirror.
By the time you realize what's going on, you should be in the right direction, and can ease off the gas and continue your leisurely drive with the family.
