Can the turning diameter on the '07 tacoma's be reduced?

Need a Spot

I need it to be able to maneuvre in relatively tight spaces. At low speed. And not just u-turns.
I have a 4runner now, which is running on its last legs and the only thing stopping me from buying a new tacoma is the large turning circle. I could go for a new 4runner, but would rather have the options of loading larger objects once in a while.
Hard bumpstops can be ground off.
