Need a Spot
i have a 96 tacoma and i would love to convert to a solid front axel but im not sure where to begin. would appreciate some advice from anyone who may have conquered this feat.


96 taco 4x4 Fabtech adj coilovers in the front, BDS leafs in the rear, 32x12.50 MTRs, Downey Offroad header/Flowmaster, not bad for now, sas this winter

Second question: Why convert? Are you breaking front axles?

i cant get the flex that i want with ifs, and i know we aint the smartest hillbillies over here in ohio but we do know what love is..... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> actually i found a kit on allprooffroad.com that will fix my pickemup truck just dandy...... anyway, this truck is just a toy i doubt that it will ever see pavement again but i dont want a hack job <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Ok, no offense intended...must guys aren't building trail only rigs and more flex is a great reason to do it <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

All Pro has a good kit for a Dana 44 with coilovers. Front Range Off Road Fab has all the parts needed for a leaf spring swap.
