Did you adjust teh valves after the compression check. Those numbers aren't that bad for an engine 1/320k on it, anything above 125(or 129) is still within specs. If the comp numbers don't change after a valve adjustment, it would be time to do a rebuild, you normally don't want the cyls. to be more than 20psi difference in compression.

If the head gasket was gone you should have less compression than that, below 50psi.

Assuming you have a 22re, I would also have to lean towards clogged injectors on the #2 and #3 cyls., bad injectors, or wiring. Since you have compression and spark, you aren't getting gas into the cyls. Also the running flat above 3k would seem to indicate a possible fuel delivery problem.

Have you checked the timing?
