Sea Foam deep creep or PB blaster to help with getting them out. I prefer sea foam over PB but both work well and PB is cheaper, it just takes a little longer for it to penetrate. I also replace all teh door torx screws with proper bolts, makes life easier if you know what I mean. They also get a coat of anti-sieze before they go in.
