Thank you for asking, my son is OK, still a little depressed since he had big plans for the jeep. We live only one hour from some of the best trails in the Central Sierras. My 13 year old daughter was in the passenger seat, the shoulder belt did not latch, she planted her teeth in the padded part of the dash leaving her braces imprinted in the dash, and she bruised her knee cap on the lower part of the dash and is still using a knee support.
