Well installation went smoothly it took little over an hour. I recomend buying all new plastic inner fender fasteners mine all broke or stripped out. And you might want to buy seals for your headlight washer tank they're about 5$ here's part#
MB196832 Gasket for Headlamp washer motor.
MB683900 O-ring Goes in between the headlamp washer Filler neck and bottle.
you might as well replace the seals so that you dont have to go back into the fender for a long time.
You also need paint or some kind of rust protectant for the holes you cut and clear silicone for the A-pillar holes.
The only hard part of installation was the bolt closest to the door, you have to reach behind the antenna and i highly recommend a ratcheting wrench.

Niiiiice! Did you take out the fender plastics from under the wheel well or were you able to get to everything from the inside? Looks like you took out the headlight washer system too, should be pretty straight forward, huh? And... did you replace all those seals and gaskets cause you had it all apart or did you replace them cause you damaged it by accident from taking it out? Def a good job and lookin sweeeeet I might add What size is that hole saw?

btw, where did you say you got those side signals from again? sorry for all the questions *ducking for cover*

plastic inner fender has to come off, but be sure to buy all new plastic fasteners! they break or strip out easy. and i did the washer pump seals just because it has to come out and the seals are dirt cheap so i wont have to take it apart again any time soon. the hole saw size is in the instructions i can't remember the size.
I bought the turn signals off of ebay they come off of blister fender pajero, strada L200 and lancer evo 4-7, and there are two types that fit the existing hole a flat one and a bubble one they both come in clear or amber plastic
only buy OEM or OEM replacement they snap right in exactly the way your montero badge does. DO NOT BUY UNIVERSAL!! they are screw on or stick on and will not snap right into place

Speaking of side markers, is yours wired up and functioning Toasty? Are those the ones you bought off of ebay as the one linked above from Russ?

yes mine are wired up and fully functional i have amber lights in them, and mine are a little different than the ones russ bought but basically the same, as long as there is the clip on the back you can buy whatever aftermarket or OEM you like best

1 Freakin Hour!!! No Way! Did you have 6 hands cause this task took me about 6! It wasnt hard to install, just a long process of getting everything out of the way and I had to move other aftermarket wiring I had around the air box. It was a little hard at first cause of where the 102mm hole had to go, right on the curve of the fender so the drill bit touched and the teeth of the hole saw was very close, so you have to start off fast and let it sink in slowly so it cuts evenly.

That last bolt you were talking about behind the antenna was a lil b!tch to get to! Everything else went well. I'll have some pics of when I'm done with all my other projects too.

BTW, is there anything else inside the drivers-side fender. Might be a good place for a compressor now that I think about it

ALSO, is there a drain for water to run through. I just thought about it, but if there is some heavy rain, its defintielly going inside, but where does it drain. I didnt have time to check it out bofore the install. If there isnt, is drilling a small hole reccomended?
