Unless you know for a fact that the PO did the pump and tensioner, you should have had it done. People here now do every t-belt change. The stealer by me insists on every other, even though it isn't spec'd that way from Mistu. They said they were tired of the water pumps going at 150k or less and telling the customer they now needed that and another t-belt job.

Sorry, to say then, that the odds are you will lose the pump later, but before the next t-belt is needed. My 95's actually went before the 120k service interval. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

in my experience the Water pumps start to go bad right about 100K (ive had 2 go at about this mileage one at 99K and one at 107) so I would replace it. Tensioners seem to last but I would replace the tensioner bearing, The bearing is cheap insurance especially if you had a bad leak in the front that can break down the seals on the sides of the bearing.
