in my experience the Water pumps start to go bad right about 100K (ive had 2 go at about this mileage one at 99K and one at 107) so I would replace it. Tensioners seem to last but I would replace the tensioner bearing, The bearing is cheap insurance especially if you had a bad leak in the front that can break down the seals on the sides of the bearing.
