on my p/u I have an 84 (2nd gen) 2WD cab and bed on an 83 (1st gen) 4WD frame.

The front cab mounts (at the radiator) need an "adapter" fabbed, as they are spaced differently.
The front holes inside the cab needed to be egged out a bit for the bolts to line up with the frame, and the inside the cab rear mounts line up. Bed mounts line up.
